Christopher Carbone

Chris was born and raised in the state of Maine. President of Action Property Services Inc. Chris started his career as a young teenager working summers for a well known local Landscape/ Hardscape Company. This company is still around today and is known for their precise work. Chris quickly advanced, working his way up the professional ladder by taking a position as General Manager. He played a large part in the growth of this company before starting a company of his own. Chris is a Licensed Arborist. He is certified in underground plumbing, and also holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration.

Chris has over 20 years of experience in the landscape and hardscape industry. When it comes to his work he is a perfectionist. He is very involved in the everyday operations, still meeting with clients for estimates and works hand and hand with his crew full time. Chris takes a lot of pride in his work and always makes sure every piece of the puzzle comes together as planned.

Melissa Carbone

Missy was born and raised in the state of Maine. Immediately following high school Melissa completed four years at the University of New England and earned her degree in Nursing. Melissa currently works full-time as a Registered Nurse at Mercy Hospital, in Portland, Maine.

Melissa, as Vice President of Action Property Services, Inc. carries her compassion and work ethic into the family business. She is very active in the day to day operations of Action Property Services Inc. Her passion in the business is landscape design and helping families bring their imaginary landscapes to life.
